    Hi my maxisys keeps taking bout 3-4 goes to pull vin details of cars or not doing it and all. Any one else having this fault?
    Also keeps shutting the diag program down
    Is this a software fault?

     Concerning with shutdown of the software, you just have to turn off wifi connection. After the new update, that is coming next week. we can turn on.
